Everything is difficult, you sleep poorly, your mind won't stop ruminating or overthinking, or you are overcome by a feeling of emptiness or unease with no apparent explanation.

You are not being weak or exaggerating. You are trying to carry too much on your own.


In therapy, we work to regulate what you feel, understand where that discomfort comes from, and learn new ways to manage what is happening to you, without demands or judgment. It is not about “stopping feeling,” but about understanding your emotions, listening to them, and acting from a safer and clearer place.
